We install modern EPS bonded bead cavity wall insulation to suitable external cavity walls.
EPS bonded bead forms a stable and consistent insulation layer within the cavity, helping to reduce heat loss and improve the energy efficiency of the property.
Where appropriate, we can install EPS bonded bead into separating party wall cavities.
Insulating an open party wall cavity can help reduce heat loss caused by air movement within the cavity and may improve the overall thermal performance of the home.
Older cavity insulation can sometimes become wet, damaged, poorly distributed or unsuitable for the construction of the property.
Our specialist extraction teams remove failed or defective cavity wall insulation, including blown fibre, mineral wool and foam systems.
Following extraction, the cavity can be inspected and, where suitable, prepared for the installation of modern EPS bonded bead insulation.
We install high-quality mineral wool loft insulation, including Knauf loft roll products.
Where practical, loft insulation should achieve a minimum total depth of approximately 270mm to provide an effective level of thermal performance.
Our teams can install new insulation, top up existing insulation and advise on ventilation, access, storage areas and other factors that may affect the suitability of the loft.
