When converting older buildings from one purpose to a residential purpose you will be required to insulate the building to achieve your target thermal efficiency values.

In this particular project there was an uninsulated home, joined to an older warehouse. Many warehousing are being converted into flats or town houses now as both the land and the buildings exterior or interior feature can appeal.

During the rebuilding phase its good to get the insulation put it before the end. As this project required us to insulate sections from the inside as outside access was not possible. Once we are done on the inside, the building team can then make the property nice, without having to patch anything.
