This is a great example of a large attack space that can be used for storage if Lapolla Spray Foam is installed.

So the new owners knew the limitations of fibre in the loft space. Both the thermal qualities that are reduced as it shrinks and that you can not use your attic for storage if you lay it. This is because it can not be squashed and recommendations suggest it should be more than 300mm high.

By spraying on the felt beneath the tiles and between the beams we allow the loft to be used still. We also provide a seriously effective thermal seal for a warm and efficient home.

The wooden timbers can still breath, shrink and grow as the foam moves with them and their faces are left unsprayed. The tiles on the roof can be replaced if necessary as we do not spray on to them.
