In the instance where you have a complaint or feedback or require support about the service you are provided, you may fill out the below form to receive our full attention and solution.
How will my complaint be handled?
Complaints will be processed and investigated with high importancw. Your complaint will reviewed, and further communication will be sent to you in a timely manner including how we intend to deal with your complaint or askign for further infomation or evidence.
Once the complaint is resolved and no further action is required, we will send you an email with a final outcome for reference. Should your complaint require further investigation we will continue to communicate with you until the matter has been resolved.
