The installation was great, the guys were very fast, turned up on time and the communication was great, they were generally tidy and did a good job. I had a few issues with the extraction because of a surveryor, but the team sorted it out fairly quickly and managed to do the job. I would use them again.

Cavity wall extraction and installation of bead insulation. Excellent service and whilst an unknown hole in the kitchen wall meant a considerable amount of dust that required 3 hours of cleaning by me this was unforeseen. Looking forward to now seeing the benefits of new wall insulation!

Arrow installed cavity wall insulation to our property. They conducted a thorough survey and provided an informative report detailing the work to be done. Their price appeared to be competitive. The installation was brought forward by a week-or-so. The on-site team arrived late, due to weather issues. With work like this you can't really tell whether it has been done properly. However the on-site team were very professional and enthusiastic. They explained what they were doing, appeared knowledgable and tidied up the site afterwards. They were a good advertisement for the company.

Frank & Dan came today to carry out our cavity wall insulation, they were both really friendly & courteous throughout. They arrived slightly earlier as I had to leave to do the school run so that was really appreciated. Cavity Wall insulation. This is a big decision, with lots of horror stories out there, so I spent almost a year thinking and researching before deciding that EPS bonded beads were the only solution, I'd entertain putting into my cavity walls. I then had to find a company I could trust. There are lots of bad companies out there, with (in my opinion) only a few good ones "locally" that I considered. Arrow seemed to fit the bill with good reviews and prompt responses from Andrew to some of my concerns and awkward questions. Arrow certainly aren't cheap, but I wanted it done right, and Dan & Frank gave me confidence that they'd done a good job on the install. Cement fill to drill holes is a pretty good match and will probably fade in even more over time (already very hard to spot), and having measured temperatures for several weeks prior to install (inside and outside), I can say for sure that there is a real improvement - particularly the internal side of external walls, where the temperatures now match the improved room temperature (rather than one to two degrees C lower than room temperature before the install). I'm happy with my decision, and pleased with the outcome.

Andrew and the team at Arrow have been professional from start to finish. We had our existing foam insulation removed, which is a horrible job. The team were hard-working, efficient and, in spite of the inevitable mess, were diligent in clearing up. We also had a new cavity wall insulation refill. Again, the work was carried out to a high standard and the chaps were super. A few days after the work was completed, we realised the loft area was full of foam. Andrew responded immediately, and the team arrived two days later to sort it out. I couldn't ask for more and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Arrow.

Arrow Insulation was recommended to us as a company who could insulate our loft with spray foam between the roof rafters. Andrew came to look at the space, explaining the benefits of foam versus fibre and provided a very competitive quote. Once accepted, the installation team arrived within a week and were courteous and professional, installing the foam within a morning.We're already noticing the difference between the poorly insulated loft and having the foam. Heating costs dropped straight away and the whole house is warmer. Plus, we can now board the loft space straight onto the joists without needing to raise the floor height to accomodate fibre roll.

We used Arrow to provide spray foam insulation to our loft and garage; also cavity wall insulation to the main structure of the house. The house was built in 1939 and had mostly cavity walls but the original ones were uninsulated. The loft had some fibreglass insulation which was not adequate.Arrow, in the shape of Andrew Woodruff, provided a clear and straightforward appraisal of our insulation needs. His report made sense, the proposed actions were proportionate and the price quoted was very reasonable. Certainly much more reasonable than the quote we'd had from another company who came on with the hard sell techniques!The insulation teams came on successive days in early January 2022. They were cheerful, polite and professional, listening carefully to our requirements and making sure we were happy with the job they had done. Already the house feels warmer and our heat pump even more effective. We would thoroughly recommend Arrow to anyone wanting this type of work.

We've just had the cavity walls of our property insulated with the Thermabead product, taking advantage of the Government's Green Homes Grant.The service and communication provided by Arrow was superb, although it turned out that the actual work was sub-contracted out to a company called Evolve Home Energy Solutions. Once Arrow had done the survey and taken our details the rest was handled by Evolve, including the installation. This wasn't immediately obvious at the time of ordering the insulation, but in the grand scheme of things it didn't really make much difference – it just added an extra link to the communication chain.There was a frustratingly long delay between having the survey carried out (4th November) and the insulation being fitted (10th February), but this was almost entirely due to the speed the Green Homes Grant voucher was issued. It didn't help that Evolve were the ones handling the voucher application as they were very slow to respond to enquiries, unlike Andrew from Arrow who almost always replied to my emails on the same day.Overall Evolve seemed to do a good job of installing the wall insulation (it's hard to see it as it's all inside our walls!) and seemed knowledgeable and experienced in the process. They did a good job of tidying up after themselves too.We're pleased to finally have the extra duvet around our house and wouldn't hesitate to use Andrew and Arrow Insulation for other insulation requirements.

Very quick service from start to finish. Had survey on the 16th October all done and dusted by the 24th!Had one hiccup! Van went over drain cover which broke resulting in wheel stuck down the manhole! Quite a feat to get the van out, nobody's fault just one of those things. Andrew reimbursed cost of new manhole cover with no quibble.Big Big difference in warmth in the house. Very pleased would recommend.
